Catie Curtis

Admirers have variously described the music of singer-songwriter Catie Curtis as “mellow, personal, and universal” (Curve Magazine) and distinguished by “powerful and uplifting lyrics [that] can likely seduce a smile out of anyone” (Tour Press). For more than 25 years, Catie toured full-time throughout the United States and Europe, releasing 14 recordings and selling over a quarter of a million CDs, not to mentioned streaming and downloads.

Based in the Boston area, Catie has recorded for major and independent labels including EMI, Guardian Rykodisc, Vanguard, and Compass while collaborating with premier musicians and producers. Her songs have been featured in films and TV shows including Grey’s Anatomy and Dawson’s Creek, and she performed several times at the White House during the Obama administration.

Within ten years, and barely out of high school, Garnet Rogers was on the road as a full-time working musician with his older brother Stan. Together they formed what has come to be accepted as one of the most influential acts in North American folk music.
